Warranty Terms and Conditions

CONDITIONS FOR CHANGES OR REFUNDS:

You need to present the original invoice for any exchange or warranty claim.

All merchandise is shipped at the risk of the buyer.

Only accept returns and / or changes within 48 hours and the product must come in a sealed and in original condition. This includes claims of incompatibility of components, equipment, programs or systems.

No refunds will be made by cash, credit note only, unless the purchase was made on the same day.

The credit note, the same shall be valid for 60 days, from date of issue.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS:

It required to submit the original receipt for any warranty claim.

The warranty is only effective on merchandise that is defective in factory, in case ninun may apply to damages caused by transportation, abuse of it, or negligence of the user.

The warranty will be honored only in our facilities and do not accept goods sent by parcel, by transportation companies or third parties, whose freight cost is not adequately spread.

EXEMPTIONS FROM THE GARNTIA AND RETURNS:

WARRANTY PERIOD:

The warranty period is stipulated in three hundred sixty (360) days. However, there are the following exceptions.
